I am expected to travel to China by the end of this month. How much does it approximately cost to manage food/commutation/stay for one month? I don't have any idea about the cost of living in Shanghai. Please provide me an estimate.

It depends on your living standard. i.e. what kind of apartment are you going to live? what kind of resuaurant are you going to have meals...
