Please advice me

I am a Merchant. I am in and out past 9 years. My wife also a Foriegners staying in China 1 year visa status. My Children are born in Shenzhen, PRC. And they have local Birth Certificate that was issued by Health Department PRC.
And they are studing in Chinese school. Aged 7 and 6 years kids.
I want to apply for my kids Chinese Green Card. Please advice me in this regard.

GUESTHAYDEN I don't think you can get the Chinese Green Card for your children. But you can apply the temporary resident permit instead, if they need, they can get it extended.

I'm not sure whether they can get a residence permit but they can certainly apply for a tourist visa accompanying family. But if they are attending a school, I think they should probably have a student (X) visa. There is definitely no 'green card' option for them. Have a chat with staff in a PSB Exit and Entry office and et their opinion. I would start with one that is NOT yopur local one so that it is a totally unofficial question.
