It doesn't look pretty but if you know how to eat it, you will be excited to give it a try. I didn't try boiled octopus before bu I did try boiled shrimps. Very good!

You can not just put shrimps in the boiling water directly. When the water is boiling, put ginger, green shallot sections and some cooking wine in, then throw shrimps into the pan and wait for 3 to 5 minutes until they turn red.
