· Passport valid for at least six (6) months. (photocopy of the data page)

· Completed application form with photograph.

· Original employment certificate/introduction from work unit written in English

· Proof of financial capacity through at least one of the following documents: However, the Consular Officer may request for additional documents.

- certificate of property ownership

- bank statement

- internationally-valid credit card (photocopy)

- written guarantee executed by an accredited Chinese travel agency guaranteeing the departure of the visitor from the Philippines.

· Confirmed return/onward passage ticket (photocopy);

Yes, that is what you need in principle. You can submit your application to the Philippine consulate in Shanghai or in Beijing. I only know that the one in Shanghai requires you present in person or through accredited travel agents. The application form can be downloaded in their web or got from the consulate when you are there. Besides, a written warning against drug trafficking and prohibition against peddling by tourists shall be included in the visa application form.
