People take cosmetic surgery to be more beautiful, but look at this guy, he intends to ruin himself, or just a new fashion that I don’t know there in some country?

He did take surgeries, but 'add' two horns before his head. cutworm-like eyebrows, scar painting on face, a neck full of animal tattoos. Scaring...
