Travel companion for any part of China trip August 2 - 19

I am going to be in China from 2nd - 19th August. Shanghai 2nd - 7th. Would like to share daytime travel and tours with someone who would be able to speak mandarin. Me - not good. Will be in Xian for 7 days after this, but will be on a Cultural program with others. In Beijing 7 - 18 and again would be happy to share daytime travel and tours with companion. If there is anyone who might be able to assist I would be very grateful and happy to catch up with you. I am the typical tourist, but very relaxed with it. Curious but polite. All replies welcome. The clock is ticking in more ways than one.

Do you need private car with free guide in Shanghai?

Will definitely need to consider this as I will want to get around when possible if I can't find a tour group to attach myself to. Is this a good price? A GOOD Price. The same will apply for Beijing, but depending on what sort of service I get in Shanghai, so this will have a flow on effect for business. May be able to find someone to share expenses and costs etc. Any suggestions?

You can find somebody share the fare,beause there are four seats in the car.
