L visa and Z visa extension&conversion

Monica: Can you your services for foreigners in any municipality, or just the one you are in?

Please explain what service you are offering in respect of the one month L visa? Surely anyone can do it for themselves if they have not had an extension before. I have never needed a bank statement, and while that is a regulation which the PSB can choose to apply, this has not been normal in the past. has there been a change in policy?

GUEST14143 we can do the L visa extension everywhere. we can provide the residence certificate and bank deposit. The PSB asks bank deposit.
