I posted a question today and it appears on the front page where I log in:

Mr.JAMESADRIAN(United States) said:

I wish to contact the embassy concerning business with China. I noticed that the Ambassador's form of address on the website is Mr. Is this sufficiently formal for a written letter to the embassy? Is there another, more appropriate form of address in such a case?
----------

It is listed at the top but message number 1 is below it and it has no icon for reply. Perhaps I did something incorrectly.

I would appreciate anybody answering the question I wrote which is copied above.

Thank you for your help.
