If you live in one of the 11 provinces on the Visayas islands of the Philippines, you can just go to Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Cebu.
Or if you live in Cordillera Administrative Region, Region 1 or Region 2, you need to go to the Consulate of the People's Republic of China in Laoag.
If you reside in somewhere except for the consular districts of Chinese consulate in Laoag, Cebu, you must go to the Chinese embassy in 4896 Pasay Road, Dasmarinas Village, Makati City, Metro Manila.
A Single-Entry Visa is 1,400 Peso for Philippine passport holders.
