Here is a selection of Gao Tuan (rick cake) only available in time-honored Wang Jia Sha Snack Shop in Shanghai. Wangjiasha rice cakes are good-looking, tasty, savory and especially delicate. For instance, the red small peach-shaped cakes and the white sweet-scented osmanthus cakes with glutinous rice and round-grained rice (guihua tiaotougao) are quite inviting and festive. |
