This apt is located at Huai Hai Rd. / Wu Lu Mu Qi Rd. in French Concession, 3 minutes walking to line10 Shanghai library station, 8 minutes walking to line1 and line7 Chang Shu Rd. station. Very good location!
It has been fully equipped both in kitchen and guest room, as for the master room, the nice landlady will provide furniture as your demands. Usually the price of the apts with 2Br in the compound is around 12000/mth, but the landlady will go abroad soon, so she want to rent out only 9500/mth.
