The documents needed for applying work visa.

If you want to get work visa,you should provide the documents as
following:
1. At least 2 years Working experience (Original document), with company's seal on it；
2. Original document of your Bachelor degree or above
3. Passport with valid visa;
4. Photo (6×2-inch, with blue or white background);
5. Temporary Residence Registration Form in Beijing (also named Accommodation Certificate)；
6. Health Check Report;
7. Your CV/Resume.
8. Age: should between 24~60 year old.
This is all the documens you should provide,If you have any problems,just let me know.

Don't have 2 years work experience.
I'm only 22.
I've got my work visa and am getting my residence permit done by tomorrow.
There are loopholes in everything.
Not what ya know, but who ya know. ;)

You must spend a lot of money.Because I know that.

If you can provide the bachelor and 2 years working experience certificate,you can save a lot of money

The No Criminal Record from local police station is not required for work visa application.

GUESTJIM i am a british citizen, and i have been on a F visa for 1 year. i have found a company that want to hire me next year, and they will apply for my Z visa then later change to work permit. The problem is my college certificates are back in britain, and i dont want to go back to get them, because too expensive. I previously worked for this company 4 yrs ago, and they will provide a good reference about me. Can i still apply for my Z visa in hongkong without my certificates?

I don't think you can get the work visa in Hong Kong since you don't live there. Actually, work visa also cannot be obtained within China.

I am being offered a job in China and they are going to apply for the Z Work Visa. I am in Bangkok but I am an American. Is there usually any problems getting the Z Visa if an American is in a different country? Thanks!
