It includes Scallop Shrimp· Squid · Beef Tripe Slice Beef · Tofu Rice Noodle Cabbage, Spinach, etc. together with diffrent sauces..

Eating live shrimps is no surprise at all. It's better to eat with liqor to avoid bacteria.

I like huoguo, many different types around China.

I have eaten hotpot many times but haven't had seafood hotpot before. It looks mouth-watering.
