Hot — Fry an egg on the sewer lid?

In these days, the hot weather has hit many places in China. You may not know clearly how hot it is. But I am sure you will have an idea after seeing the following pictures.

A journalist in Changsha did an experiment yesterday to test how hot it was. He tried to fry an egg on the sewer lid. Surprisingly, the egg turned ripe.

GUESTNANCY It is horrible. In some places, the temperature exceeded 40 degrees. Some people even died because of the diseases caused by the sunstroke.
