How do I find one day tours in China?

It would be nice to at least have a guided tour in a few of the cities that I visit. When I went to Jamaica in 2008 I had two guided tours and I saw some things I would never have seen on my own. Then again maybe I won't need a guided tour in China, I'm comfortable with exploring on my own. Only difference was in Jamaica I was able to talk with the Jamaican's and I kinda looked like one being black. :) I'm mainly interested in the Great Wall tour since the instructions I've read about taking a local bus there seem too complicated and it appears easy to mess up your day if you get scammed or get on the wrong bus.

DAVEC Points: Join Date: Apr 14, 2007 Status: Offline	My advice, is meet someone on this site who can guide you for a day. I met a guy who showed me around Dali, obviously I paid for the day. Best bit...he is now in England working short term, and I get to return the favour and show him around.

Make a new friend and take him or her out for the day. Osman, thanks for the info. Is there a version that does not include hotel? I have all accommodations covered.
