URANDO Points: Join Date: Jul 11, 2008 Status: offline	I have 2 rooms available in a 3 br fully equipped apt, with 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 2 balconies. on 14th/28th floor, 24 hour elevator. Very good ventilation and nice view. Only 5 min walk to Sihuidong subway station, which is the east end of Line 1#. (easier to get on the train comparing to CBD stations) Except for the basic electric appliances like AC and TV, refridge, washing machine, we also have electric water boiler, drinking water machine, ironer and iron board, even hair dryer, etc. The community is quiet and healthy. You can see the seniors doing exercises in the morning and kids enjoying games. Hope you are clean, friendly, considerate, don't play loud music at night.
