Admission fee to Xidi and Hongcun Ancient Villages increase 30 percent!

On June 28, a hearing was held by Qianxian Bureau of Price to discuss the entrance fee to [tcgurl=https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/anhui/huangshan/yixian.htm]Xidi and Hongcun Ancient Villages[/tcgurl]. As a result, the entrance fee will increase by 30 percent, from 80 to 104 yuan. The new price will be implemented from March 1st, 2011.

To supplement: Huangshan government has approved the ticket increase.

30%? With the current ticket supply mode, the continuing upsurge of ticket fare of scenic spots is inevitable. But it should not be too high.
