Looking for job in China

Hello every since I got out of the Navy I have been having a hard time getting a job due to economy it took me three months to get a job at Target...

So now I am starting to look abroad for jobs my field of study is in Mechatronics and Computer integrated electronics...

My Navy job:

United States Navy
NIOC Sugar Grove, WV
Cryptologic Computer Technician Maintenance

Navy Information Operations Command under National Security Agency
(Top Secret/ Secret Compartmentalized Intelligence Clearance (TS/SCI)

Duties include: Perform hardware and software isolation, repair state-of-the-art electronic, computer and network equipment and related systems utilizing complex test and analysis equipment, diagnostic software, hand tools and technical publications; perform computer and electronic system hardware and software installation, configuration and modification; analyze the configuration and monitor the operation of computer telecommunications and networking systems; calibrate and repair a wide variety of precision electronic test equipment; perform information security and computer network defense functions for secure networks and communication systems; maintain fleet cryptologic permanent and carry-on direct support systems required in special land, sea surface and subsurface operations. Perform extensive preventative maintenance on all equipment according to the regulations of the United States Navy.

You need to have a "Special Skill" to be able to get a job in China. Basically this means that you must have a skill that a Chinese citizen does not possess. Unfortunately these are few and far between and Chinese companies must employ Chinese citizens wherever possible. Unless you can find a company who is licensed to employ foreigners and who has a position in your field which cannot be filled locally, your only option would be to work for a school or college as a Native English teacher. To do this and earn a reasonable salary (for China) you need at least a BA degree and preferably some TEFL qualifification and some teaching experience. There are positions available for lower qualifications but these will be in less popular areas paying lower saleries.
