Take a "shortcut" to get on the bus??

I understand that it is difficult to catch a bus during the rush hours in big cities. But I didn't imagine that it was so hard to get the bus. In order to get on the bus, a lady took a "shortcut". She climbed into the bus through the window. Two males behind her were trying to take the shortcut too.

That's why I try not to go out on weekends and during rush hours.

GUESTCARL Buses in Xian are crowded, but my God I can't believe it is so bad like that. I walk if I was not limited in time.
