Have you ever bothered by crowded parking place where you can hardly park your car? Or can not find a proper space for parking? Or just bothered being wrote a ticket? Here is an “intelligent” guy who provide parking space anywhere he want to atop his car.

He paints the lines on a street like plastic sheet, and spread the sheet wherever he needs a stop.

genius as he is, he should change a more desired color.
