CHRIZGAID Points: Join Date: Aug 21, 2010 Status: offline	good day everyone! i'll take a bus going to lanzhou by bus because getting train ticket is so impossible nowadays. i need a help & suggestions; (1) where to possibly stay (hostel) in lanzhou, (2) im planning to stay 1 day to get rest & have a look of the city, which place(s) are good to visit?, (3) how long is the bus trip to xian (how much), how about the trip sched? i hope to get an answer from the experts out there. Lanzhou to Xian: go to Lanzhou East Bus Station(兰州汽车东站) to take long distance bus. It costs around CNY110 to 160 (sleeping bus) and takes about 10 hours. Remember to buy the ticket in the ticket hall. If you buy the ticket after you get on the bus, you will pay much more money.

The first bus leaves around 9:00 am. Since then, it departs every half an hour.
