guestJoe	The Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (VIII), which abolishs 13 sections of death penalties for economic non-violent crimes, which cover19.1% of the death penalty, including crime of smuggling historical relic, Fraud Crime by letter of Credit and Crime of Illegally Excavating and Robbing ancient Cultural Sites or ancient Tombs, etc. Set term of imprisonment was increased to 25 years from 20 years as the maximum. And set strict limits on reprieved death penalty. In order to protect worker's right, delay in payment of wages will also be wrote in crime list. Besides, traffic accident, drunk driving and driving speed are to be made crimes too. Should death penalty for these 13 crimes be abolished? it caused caused considerable controversy. what do you think, does this will raise possibility for committing a crime?
