Shanghai Accommodation ideas in October

With many of the hotels booked out, I am looking for some alternative ideas for accommodation. My brother-in-law and I arrive in Shanghai on 20 October 2010 and fly out on 23 October 2010.

Happy to look at guest houses, home stay etc, we just need two separate rooms or a shared room with twin beds. If we stay in a hotel it would need to be central to the bund or expo site. However open to ideas for any other alternatives.

Probably would like to keep accommodation below US$150 per night.

Sorted this time, but will definitely look into homestay on a future trip. It would be very cool to do.
