Gaffer, may I ask you a question "Are you willing to do house chores or cooking? Or you are just "forced" to do these things?" Do you feel tired sometimes? |

| We have a 50:50 relationship and share all the household chores (and decisions). Actually I don't mind doing most things and quite enjoy cooking, but she doesn't like ironing ;o) |

Most girls do not like washing vegetables and dishes because they are afraid that their hands may be hurt. So my boyfriend washes vegetables and dishes. I just do cooking. He doesn't like cooking but he is willing to wash clothes. |

| GUEST110, The one who supports the family has the final say at home. She earns more than you. Apparently, se enjoy a higher status. Do you care much about your "face"? Many Chinese men do not want to be house-husbands. They think it is a disgrace if their wives support their families. |

| "The one who supports the family has the final say at home." ??? So marriage is finally only an economical arrangement? No respect for other no matter what one earns, where one comes, what ones parents do? Everything is measured with the amount of money one brings home? I say the one who has the final say at home is the man. I have it. I don't say it but I have it... Carlos |

| Quote:Haha, are you a chauvinist? I guess "Not". To make your family peaceful and happy, both the husband and the wife need to make the decision together. |

| Ok, Raindrop, I am a chauvinist and to be frank I often say the last word. Despite of that we make decisions together, my lao po says what we do and I say the last word: "Yes, my love" "Of course, my love"... Carlos |
