What's a good electronic English/Chinese translator?

I'm looking for a pocket English/Chinese translator since it was recommended that I get one. The "best" one I see is on Amazon.com called the "AM103 English Chinese Pinyin Dictionary Translator" and there is the "HNHSoft Talking English-Chinese Dictionary (BlackBerry," that I could use on my phone. Haven't tried it yet.

What would you recommend?
