ELLIOTT Points: Join Date: Jun 19, 2010 Status: offline	Tropical storm Namtheun landed in Fujian province yesterday on August 31. At the beginning, the rain brought by the storm was not heavy. As the storm moves inland, the rain becomes heavier and the wind is gaining strength. The storm is expected to move south west at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour and its intensity will die down. On Sept 1, many areas in Fujian will suspend shipping service, such as Jinmen, Mazu and Penghu.
