vinegar noodles, the dish is similar to cool noodles it is made from the residue in vinegar generator. it is said that it was originated in Baoji. .

Right. But I am not sure that I will try it in the future. I don't like vinegar and it is made from the residue in vinegar generator. So I don' like it either.

I eat most things, but I just dont cook English food. I have no idea how to cook a traditional roast for example.
When I was a teenager a friend owned a Chinese restaurant so I spent time there learning.

When my wife arrives next month I expect we will be eating rice and noodles most of the time. Lots of soups too as it is getting colder here now, her favourite is my suan la tang
