The lease runs six months, from 11 November 2010 to 11 March 2010. This apartment is a 10 minute walk from the ocean. It’s also a 10 minute walk from two large supermarkets/malls, and a five minute walk from the Qingdao exhibition center (会展中心). The apartment is a studio with a full bath (including shower with bathtub), a washing machine, broadband internet, a balcony, a cooking range, a refrigerator, a television, lots of closet space, a small dinner table, a queen size bed, a couple of sofas, a microwave oven, and air conditioning. The apartment is located in a small gated community with guards on watch 24/7. The surrounding area is mostly quiet—if you want noise and excitement you’ll have to enter the city proper, which is easily accessible by bus or taxi.
