JESSIETUTU Points: Join Date: Sep 1, 2010 Status: offline	[Title]Camping weekend at The Mountain of the monkey king [Location] Ke Dian town, zhong xiang city, Hubei province [Activity] 1. mountain climbing – the mountain of the monkey king 2. natural spa 3. campfire party [ Date ] 11th to 12th of September 2010 [Gathering Time] 8:30 Am 22nd May 2010 【Gathering point】Xinhua road Gymnasium HanKou town Wuhan [how much you need to pay] RMB around 120 pre person It will needs to be paid on the coach If you going to bring your own camp, it will only cost RMB100 Child under 8 will cost RMB80 [what the money for] Coach 40 seats coach: RMB3000 if 40 people, then each one needs to pay for 3000/40=75 Tent: RMB 20 including the tent and the sleeping pads, if sleeping bag is needed, an extra RMB10 will be charged, and please inform the organizer in advance (with limited amount) Camp site charges RMB 10/pp Fireworks: RMB 10/pp Glow sticks and lyrics printing and balloon RMB 5/pp Total 75 +20 +10+10+5 = 120 Please note that above charges are not including the food. Dinner will be taken at the local restaurant and campers will share the expense. you can either choose to sleep in the camp or sleep in the local hotel. The price for the hotel is RMB80 per double room, so will be cost RMB40/pp. [Tips] there will be a RMB15/pp tip for the hard work of the organizer as it is not a commercial organization. [schedule] 11th : 9:00 AM Xinhua road Gymnasium in HanKou start the trip. pls don't be late. 9:30 AM arrive wuchang xudong road, old house petrol station 12:30 PM arrive to the Kedian town, have rest and lunch. 14:00 back on the coach to the spring to enjoy the natural spa, swim 17:00 PM back to the camp site. Set up the tent 18:00 PM have dinner together 20:00 PM campfire party with many different games 22:00 PM enjoy your own time, either with killer game, mahjong 23:00 PM back to tent and have a good sleep 12th : 6;30 AM we get up and see sunrise from the mountain, breakfast 8:00 AM clime the mountain of monkey king 12:30 AM back to camp site for lunch 13:30 PM we get on the bus and come back to Wuhan city. 17:00 PM we finish this happy trip.
