Shanghai to Shenzhen: T211 (direct train). It takes 17 hours and 30 minutes. Ticket prices: 236 RMB (hard seat), 393 (upper hard berth)/409(middle hard berth) and 422 (lower hard berth), 615 (upper soft berth) and 640 (lower soft berth). Wuhan to Shanghai: D train is the best choice. It is faster and the ticket price is similar to the hard berth but cheaper than the soft berth. It takes about 6 hours from Hankou Railway Station to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. The prices: 273 (second class) and 327 (first class).

Thank you. How about Shenzhen to Haikou ? Do you know if there is any direct train or bus ?

No direct train from Shenzhen to Haikou. If you want to take the train, you may need to transfer at Guangzhou. You can take K407, K511 and T201/T204 from Guangzhou to Haikou. It takes about 10.5 to 11.5 hours from Guangzhou to Haikou by train. PS: D trains from Shenzhen to Guangzhou are faster, safer and more comfortable. If you take the train to Haikou, you may have a wonderful experience. The train will be divided into several parts and taken by the ferry to Hainan Island. Passenger needn't get off the train. However, the train tickets are hard to get during the festivals or holidays. If you want to take bus from Shenzhen to Haikou, just go to Futian Bus Station(福田汽车站) or Yinhu Bus Station(银湖汽车站) to take long distance bus. The tickets are from 220 rmb to 250 rmb. The easiest way is to take plane from Shenzhen to Haikou. Very convenient.
