Are there any sights which are unaccessible by wheelchair. My husband can walk a short distance with crutches but will need a wheelchair for any distance, parks, palaces, shopping etc.

Hi Aguise

If I where you I would contact one or two of the UK companies eg Travelshere who are specialists in visits to China and explain your circumstances, on the premise that you are considering booking a trip.
That way you would get first hand experience with no language barriers
