6 days in beijing...Midwinter..where can I stay that is cheap and OK

I was looking for somewhere to stay that is affordable...
and maybe has some English
..and near the Railway station as I will be coming from Yangquan by train

any suggestions please

You can also suggest places I can visit...have done the usual last trip
