Hi all,

I wish to enquire on the above topic and have 2 questions:

1. Are there any domestic airlines that fly between those 2 cities?

2. If there aren't any, the what are my other options? And if possible to give me some break down of transportation prices available.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks.

The best way is to take the train, about 2 hours.

Or you can take a coach, or rent a car, the high way from Shanghai to Hangzhou is very good. 2 hours, the traffic might not be too good sometimes.

In 2003 I took a luxury train for 40 Kuai, as far as I remember. But Hard seat should be cheaper.
In January this year I chose the bus and they charged me 55 Kuai.....

As a laowai you are not allowed to drive a car without special Chinese drivers license.
