We arrive at HKG Intl airport at 7am via an overnight flight.(2 adults and my 5 and half year daughter) We plan to put our luggage at airport lockers then take a bus from airport to Ngong pin, visit city gate mall and in afternoon head back to the airport and take Airport express bus to Kowloon as we are staying at Caritas Bianchi. In the evening after some rest we plan to visit the Peak Tram + Tower.

Please advice if Airport-Ngong Ping- then back to airport for Shuttle bus to Kowloon is possible.(we know that Ngong ping opens at 10)
Would it be better to put the luggage at airport lockers or Ngong Ping cable lockers.
Also is it possible to do Ngong ping-Citygate mall and Peak Tram all in one day after an overnight 6hrs flight.
Please advice.

RUCHIPANI,

It is possible. I suggest you bring your luggage and deposit at Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal where you take cable car to Ngong Ping. In this way, you might save some time and energy if you put your luggage at the airport.

After arriving at the airport, take S1 airport bus to Tung Chung. It costs around HK$3.5. I am not sure you need pay extra money for your luggage. Then you can walk to Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal and deposit your luggage. The cable car runs from 10:00 to 18:00 (9:00-18:30 during weekends and public holidays).

After having fun in Ngong Ping, you can take cable car back to Tung Chung and go to City Gate. After that, you can walk to Tung Chung MTR Station to take mtr to Yau Ma Tei. MTR Route: take Tung Chung line first and change Tsuen Wan Line at Lai King and then get off at Yao Ma Tei. It takes around 35 minutes and costs around HK$15.5. Then you need walk along the Nathan Road and turn left and go on Wing Sing Street. If you take several pieces of luggage, you can take a taxi from Yau Ma Tei MTR Station.

Please do not spend too much time in Ngong Ping and City Gate. The mtr is very busy during peak hours.

PS: if you have many pieces of luggage, it is inconvenient to use MTR. From the airport to your hotel, you may take A21 and get off at Man Ming Lane and walk five minutes to your hotel. It costs around HK$33.

You can take N21 bus and get off at 82- 84 Nathan Road near Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit B1). Then just walk a few minutes to Taishan Guesthouse.

GUESTBOGS We're a group of 17 travelling to Hk in March 7. I was wondering how can we get to Ngong Ping from the airport, then from Ngong Ping to Disneyland? without taking the cable car back

Take S1 airport bus to Tung Chung, walk to cable car terminal and then take cable car to Ngong Ping. I suggest you take cable car back and then catch Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland. It's the fastest way.

GUEST87242 Hi!

Today is our last day in HK and our flight back in MNL. We plan to leave Cityview Hotel now for a Lantau tour today, Citygate and Disneyland after. Could you provide an exact direction? We'll bring our luggage with us as we check out later? Is there a good place to leave our things (at no cost perhaps :))

Many thanks!
Izzy
