Need help finding a textile manufactorer in Guangzhou?

While here, I have some samples of baby hats/headbands I would like to take to different textile factories to get them produced. I've heard that there is a large district in the city that is exclusive to textile work. Anyone know where this is? Or what to expect? I speak Mandarin and can get around pretty well.
