STUBBS Points: Join Date: Oct 6, 2004 Status: offline	The majority of my pictures are over 150k that is recomended for the upload on this site. Can anyone help me to make them smaller, but i don't think it is possible for some reason... Thanks a million. :D

I just happened to open this post, I think it's still a problem for non-professional computer users, I would like to tell a simple(and non-professional) way I used for a long time.
There must be a lot of Real pros in this forum, I know, don't laugh at me, please :)))

1, Copy the picture & paste it to a word page, adjust it with the mouse to whatever size you like.

2, Save the word file as .web format, open the file you saved, you will get two pictures, one is the original size, the other is the adjusted one.
