Travel to Xiamen

Hi

Travelling to Xiamen in November for 2 weeks, like to know how can I go to Jinmen from Xiamen. Any visa requirement and will a day tour good enough to tour around the island? Any suggestion what is the shortest way to travel to Wuyishan for a short stay over there? Thank you......

GUESTLIUFANG From Xiamen to Jinmen, you can take ferry at Wutong Ferry Terminal (五通码头) or Heping Ferry Terminal (和平码头).

I checked your profile and found out you are from Singapore. It is said that the Singaporean are exempted from visa for 30 days in Taiwan. But you must have a passport at least valid for six month. In the meantime, you have to offer a return ticket.

Xiamen to Wuyishan: the shortest way is take flight. It just takes around 40 minutes. Ticket price: around 720 rmb. Or you can take K8746/8747 train. It takes around 13 hours 36 minutes. The train leaves at 18:42 and arrives at 08:18 next morning.

From the airport to Wuyishan, you can take a taxi or take No.6 bus.
