Applying Dependent visa for working employees

guest40252 Hi ,
My spouse is travelling to china in business visa and i would like to accomodate through dependent visa.Can anyone please suggest where to find the detailed document if the dependent is working and what are all details needs to produce from my end?

GUEST45214 If your spouse is going to be working in china you need z visa,its the only legal way some companies tell you ok on bussiness visa its not legal

I think you should apply for a business visa (F) with your partner.... the business facilitating his visa should be able to do the same for you. If he/she's on a work visa (Z)then you have no problem getting a visa, the employing company can arrange the paperwork.
