Even the players themselves are unwilling to talk about it. In 2003, David Beckham left Manchester and joined Real Madrid. Do you know why he left? Alex Ferguson acknowledged kicking a soccer shoe in an angry tirade, which struck David Beckham and left a gash above his left eye that needed several stitches to close. It is clear that there in the locker room one word is over any other and that word is trust. The first demand of a good team - any team - is that the players have some kind of bond between them. The players may make jokes about other players mistakes but the jokes are not told in public. The players don't have to be friends but they must know that they can trust other players. It is like a family. Only then you can expect the players having good results in the field.
