Hello,

I order 2 items that were shipped together from Travel Inwind company by China Post Air Mail with China Tracking Number RA030544434CN. I have not received my order because it is still saying that it is at the departure from outward exchange office. The product arrived there on 04/05/2011, and is still showing that it is there. I am just wondering when will the product be shipped to the USA to my residence in Canandaigua New York?

Please could you email me back to let me know what the hold up in the shipping process is?

Ive been tracking my items tracking no. RA267731909CN.
Since 10/02/2012, stated departure from outward office.
My question is, how long will it take to arrive in Singapore? Im frustrated coz I dont know the items send via air or freight.. Its already more then 1 months..
Ive tried emailing the person but they didnot reply.

Hi Nora2na,

I did make calls from singapore even get my chinese friend to cal chinapost, was pushed here & there, stated its not from their side, must call from origin item posted. Then I get a friend that was on holiday @ her hometown to help me call chinapost, same thing happen. But they say, not to worry, its normal for a parcel to arrive a month later. But, they cannot tell if it was send via air or freight. I just need to know how long more I have to wait since originally was posted out on 31/1/2012. :(
