Last July, Owen joined Manchester United for a two year contract, which will end next summer. He plays as substitute most of the time. So far, he has scored 12 goals for his club. He said he was willing to stay at Old Trafford. But it is not up to him. The coach and the manager has the final say. His chance to win the new contract is very little. He is already 30 years old. And he was just injured. Considering of his condidtion, the club may not give him a new contract.
