Steamed Bread Dipped in Mutton Soup

Steamed Bread Dipped in Mutton Soup(羊肉泡馍) is a delicious snack in Xi'an. It is my favorite. I eat it a lot in winter because it makes me feel warm.

If you had a chance, you really should give it a try.

It is often eaten with sweetened garlic, chili sauce and caraway.

I love it. Last night, I planned to eat it but there are too many people in the restaurant. It is good to eat it in winter.
