Boiled mutton soup with walnut meat

You need to prepare the following ingredients:
300 grams mutton, 25 grams walnut meat, 100 grams carrot, 80 grams onion, 8 grams ginger, 10 grams shallot, 2 bay leaves, 1 star anise, 1 tablespoon yellow wine, 1 tablespoon white pepper, 1/3 tablespoon pepper powder, 1/4 tablespoon MSG.

How to make it?
1.Wash thoroughly mutton, walnut meat, carrot, onion, ginger, shallot, and bay leaves.
2.Peel carrot and cut it into dices. And cut mutton and onion into dices too.
3.Soak walnut meat in boiling water for 10 mintes.
4.Quick-boil mutton dices for 3 minutes.
5.Wash quick-boiled mutton.
6.Heat some vegetable oil, fry shallot, ginger, onion, carrot, star anise, bay leaves and white pepper until fragrant.
7.Put mutton in and fry for a while. Then add yellow wine.
8.Add water in the boiler and boil for 3 minutes until boiling.
9.Get rid off the skin of the walnut meat.
10.Add walnut meat in and boil for 1 hour with gentle heat.
11.Add salt, pepper powder and minced shallot to flavor.
