I'm visiting HongKong in late March and am hoping to visit some bookshops. My interest are in Chinese history (chun-qiu zhan-guo "spring-autumn warrior states"), current affairs and biography. Recommendations are appreciated.

Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok are full of bookstores.
The 11th floor of City Center in Mong Kok may be what you are looking for. They offer literary, historic and philosophical books.

So happy that someone is interested in Chinese classics!
