International Transfer in Beijing

I'm flying to Bangkok from NY on Air China and we stop in Beijing to change planes. Will 1 hour and 20 minutes be enough time? thx!

Better ask your airline and let them answer your question. They must know how long the plane stops in Beijing.

Are both of them Air China flights on the same itinerary? What time do they arrive and leave? I would say 1h20min is really too tight especially since both are international. You'll have to go through immigration, baggage claim, customs and then re-check-in your luggage.
