Roast fish and lamb shashlik in Shaya

The second International Diversifolious Poplar Festival was held in Shaya, Xinjiang about two weeks ago. During this festival, the locals held some very interesting activities like grilling fish and lamb shashlik. I am sure that you never see such a gala.

Fish ready to be roasted.
