Do you know hydrogenated vegetable oil? A few Chinese reports recently has claimed that hydrogenated oil (trans-fat) injures people health. It causes high blood pressure, heart problem, stroke, diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases.

The bad news is trans-fat has been widely used in food industry. The bread, cheese, cake and biscuit all contain trans-fat. In some countries, trans-fat has been banned.

Do you eat hydrogenated vegetable oil or trans fat?
