| Pork ribs are always my favorite. I saw this recipe in a Chinese cooking website. It looks mouthwatering. And it is easy to cook. If you also like pork ribs, you may try to cook it on your own. Ingredients: 600 grams pork ribs Seasonings: 20 grams garlic, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon edible vegetable oil. And you need to make a special source: mix 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons oyster oil, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/4 tablespoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon mashed garlic and 1 tablespoon cooking wine very well. |

| Follow the steps: 1.Cut pork ribs into sections and wash them carefully. 2.Chop garlic into tinny pieces. 3.Mix pork ribs, chopped garlic and special source together very well in a bowl. 4.Add 1/2 tablespoon salt in the bowl. 5.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 6 hours. Please remember to stir the pork ribs after putting it in the fridge for 3 hours. 6.Put pork ribs in the roasting pan, roast for 20 minutes with a temperature of 200 degrees. Then take them out and spread the special source on the pork ribs. Finally roast for 15 minutes again. |
