Saute dried dishes are of Sichuan Style. My favorite is Saute dried string beans.

we have the same taste, string beans with beef and bell pepper... love it

I love string beans. But I do not do Saute dried string bean. I cook it in an ordinary way, just fry string beans with lean meat together. Very good.
