| Ingredients and Seasonings: 600 grams beef, 1/2 soy sauce, 1/3 Worcestershire source, 2-4 tablespoons sugar, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablepoons black pepper, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons chopped chili, 1 tablespoon white sesame, 2 tablespoons salt. 1. Quick-boil beef in boiling water. Add cold water, ginger and cooking wine in pressure cooker, put beef in and then boil for 20-25 minutes. 2. Mix 1/2 soy sauce, 1/3 Worcestershire source, 2-4 tablespoons sugar,1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablepoons black pepper, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 2 tablespoons minced chili, 1 tablespoon white sesame and 2 tablespoons salt very well in a bowl. 3. Cut boiled beef into slices, dip beef slices in mixed seasonings and then cover the bowl and wait for 1-2 hours. 4. Put beef slices in roaster and roast for 4-8 hours with a temperature of 220F/104 degrees. |
